Job Description:
Prestigious New York City hospital seeks a Nurse Manger to oversee the day-to-day operations of their Medical/Surgical Unit.

Responsible for coordinating activities focusing on new hire orientation, maintaining educational profiles of staff members, participating in departmental performance improvement activities, and the development and presentation of educational programs aimed at meeting staff educational needs.

Additional responsibilities include planning, supervising, implementing and evaluating Nursing Education systems, programs, projects, and policies that promote and support the accomplishment of educational goals.
