• Minimum 3-5 years experience with excellent performance track record •No more than 7-9 years •Experienced working in a highly demanding and fast-paced environment. •Experienced in working with highly confidential information. •Highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy and discretion required. •Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively and meet tight deadlines. •Excellent judgment; resourceful. •Strong anticipation and prioritization skills. •Strong technical skills. •Attention to detail is essential. •Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word). •Excellent communication skills in person, on phone, and by email and voicemail. •Experienced working with all levels in a corporate environment (Executive Office, Partners, Managing Directors, clients, traders, assistants, etc.). •Good knowledge of general business, corporate and government cultures. •Flexibility for overtime and change in hours. •Exceptional team player. BS/BA required

Job Description:
 Provide administrative support to Executive Office Division, covering vacation, sick time for senior level assistants on an as needed basis. This includes the days prior to and following bank holidays.  Arrange, confirm and manage extremely detailed calendar; scheduling complex senior-level meetings and related logistics.  Place, receive and manage high volume of phone calls and e-mail.  Schedule and coordinate high volume of complex international and domestic travel including flights, hotel, ground transportation, travel advances and foreign currency. Coordinate necessary passport/visa documentation.  Perform general tasks including, but not limited to, preparing correspondence, file organization, research requested information, archiving, preparing pre-meeting materials for review.  Prepare travel and expense reports on a timely basis.  Other related projects and duties as requested.
