Job Description:
Assisting HR team with pre-sceening of candidates. Assembling new hire packages. Assisting with training as well as benefits/payroll procedures. Validate data in candidate database, Interact with senior management, Administrative functions, respond to and track unsolicited resumes. Organize and process T&Es, invoices/check request. Handle logistics and event coordination with training center and event management. Heavy phones, strong organizational skills; strong written & verbal communication skills. Word, Excel, Outlook, HRIS database
